The Range
The Condor Modular Case
The Condor Modular Case is a stylish aluminium briefcase featuring flush
ABS corners and a streamlined aluminium shell. This case style is
particularly suitable for protecting delicate or valuable instrumentation. A
wide range of 7mm thick panel materials is used providing a large choice of
external colours and textures. The use of modular aluminium extrusions enables
cases to be produced with internal heights ranging from 40mm to 200mm, the double
walls of the extrusions ensures that the inside of these cases are totally smooth.
The Condor Fibre Case
The Condor Fibre Case provides a low cost option when your budget is tight.
The cases are normally made from 1.8mm thick Polypropylene sheet, which is
available in a wide range of colours. Traditional vulcanised fibreboard is also used
when requested by the customer, however, weather and wear resistance are
substantially poorer than polypropylene and there is a reduced choice of colours
which are also less vibrant than those of Polypropylene. All Condor Fibre Cases have steel reinforced rims for added rigidity. A wide choice of exterior
fittings is available ensuring that although budget priced Condor Fibre Cases
provide the quality, versatility and durability you expect.
The Condor Insert
CONDOR CASES offer a full CAD/CAM design service for all routed inserts.
Programs may be produced from customer drawings or sketches; in addition layouts
may be designed directly from the customers equipment. Condor Inserts can
be supplied separately or fitted into cases. Applications include tool kits, medical
equipment and display items. With dual colour Condor Inserts missing
components are instantly noticed. Low programming charges mean that even a
single routed insert can be produced economically.
Condor Special Projects
CONDOR CASES regularly undertakes design projects on behalf of its customers.
Many of these projects centre around, but are not limited to, packaging or
presentational problems that cannot be resolved simply by providing a case. Often
equipment has to perform an operational function whilst in the case, this may require
the provision of electrical, pneumatic or even hydraulic supplies to the equipment.
The equipment may be vulnerable to impact or vibration requiring special provisions
to be made to protect it. Laboratory instrumentation and computer equipment are
particularly vulnerable to damage when used in the field. CONDOR CASES is able
to call on the wide experience of the partners; ranging from aerospace, offshore oil
and gas technology to electrical installations to offer specialist services rarely
provided by other case manufactures. CONDOR CASES will look at any problem
you have, if we do not have the answer we will certainly know someone who does.
